Great location right on the end of the main square at the church end of town. Ignore that the description says that it is 500 metres from the spa resort centre. I think this means that it is 500 metres from the actual old spa which is 500 metres out of the centre. This hotel is very centrally located.

This hotel in the centre of Luchon, just by the attractive church, was a great place to stay. The rooms were nice and clean, with a view over the Pyrenees or a nice view of the church opposite. The staff were really polite and kind, always ready to be of help with any special requirements. Breakfast at 8.50 was better than average, with lots of choice. The location was excellent, with shops, bars, and restaurants all within easy reach.
All was just fine.

We loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of the action and close to all the restaurants on the main street. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too.
Cannot find any fault.

Located centrally among restaurants, this hotel boasts great proximity to the city’s most popular spots and attractions. The room had good service and the bathroom was modern and well-kept. Breakfast was decent with a continental spread.
The curtains in the bedroom were difficult to operate.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist spots and local attractions. The cheerful staff was always willing to accommodate our needs and provide tips for the best places to visit. The beds are incredibly comfortable and helped us get the rest we needed after a long day exploring the city.
Noisy surroundings and limited breakfast options. Although the hotel is in a great location, the nearby streets can be noisy at night, which can be a bit disturbing for light sleepers.

This hotel in the heart of a charming village is definitely worth every penny. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a nice view of the church opposite. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The central location allows for easy access to the main attractions, including the beautiful church nearby.
All aspects were satisfactory.

We had a great city break in this hotel! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, offering us quiet rooms with great views of the town and mountains. The continental breakfast was good and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the hotel had secure off-site parking for our car - very convenient!
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. And while there were many restaurant options nearby, the hotel did not have its own restaurant, which was a slight inconvenience.
